About Lotus

Lotus was established with the idea of bringing Indian culinary to the people of Toronto. Owner, Pk has over 25 years of experience working and learning with many talented chefs in India then later on went to establish his own successful restaurant in Montreal before deciding to bring his experience to Toronto with Lotus, the pinnacle of his experience. Lotus incorporates bits of everything he has learned over the last 25 years from many places and people. Hoping to share this with you. “Atithi Devo Bhava, Guest Is Equal To God”.
